| Email Photo: to sales@favorcreations.com with order number & customer name in subject line. |
| Name the photo as the order number. |
| Recommended File Types: .jpeg, .pdf, & .tiff |
| Size: Files must be 25 MB or smaller at 300dpi |
| Low resolution photos (less than 200 dpi) may print poorly. |
| Production Time: 2-4 business days after acceptable photo is received. |
| Proofs: One proof is available by request only. |
| Requesting proofs may delay order 1-2 business days. |
| Order will not be processed until proof is approved. |
| Virtual proofs will not guarantee color as colors may vary from screen to screen. |
| Revisions: Further revisions/proofs (after the first proof) will incur additional charges of $20.00 each. |
| We cannot be responsible for the quality of uploaded photos. |
| In some cases, our designers may crop the photo and choose the best placement so your product will look its best. |
| For best results, please submit photos with clear detail, close-up, and bright colors |
