Shipping Policy

  • We ship ground via UPS or FEDEX.  Very small orders may ship via USPS.  Please note that once the order leaves our warehouse, it is the carrier responsibility.  If order is lost or not received, we will need to place a claim with the delivering carrier
  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically when you place your order.  Most items usually ship out within 2 to 4 business days.  Expected delivery 3 to 10 business days depending on your location.  If you require overnight or 2 days shipping, please contact us
  • Personalized items require an additional 5 days for personalization, personalized glassware require 3 weeks
  • Tags and stickers ship separately and need to be attached by customers
  • As far as shipping, we only charge what the courier charges us (their rates keep going up). We DO NOT inflate our item price to absorb shipping cost.    Some orders may have a high shipping charge.  We carry a large variety of favors that ship from different suppliers.  So if your order has many items, it might reflect a high shipping charge as those items will be shipping from multiple warehouses

Samples Policy

If you are ordering one item, it will be considered as a sample.  There is a limit of 3 samples per order. Please note that there are NO RESHIPS OR CREDIT for samples.

Variations

     We deal in many types of materials. Variations in ceramics, porcelains, glass that occur naturally in production of these materials are not considered damages.  Since most items in our lines are handmade, we cannot be responsible for variations in color, size, shape, weight. Packaging coloring may also vary and exact coloring cannot be guaranteed since items may have been ordered at different times
