- If you need to return your items for any reason, please note the following:
- We will accept returns depending on the brand of the item and some brands incur a 25% restocking fee. If you need more information on which ones do and which ones don't, please contact us. All returns should be initiated within one week of delivery. We will credit you for the value of the merchandise only . Round trip freight is at your expense. This applies to complete orders. We do not take back partial orders. Please email us first so we can send you return instructions. You need a return authorization number or we will not take them back.
- If you receive your order damaged, claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. Claims for damaged items will need a proof of damages in the form of pictures emailed to us. Variations in ceramic, porcelain, glass that occur naturally in production are not considered damages. (Damaged personalized glassware cannot be replaced, and although we package it very carefully, it is always safe to order extras).
- Personalized items, discontinued items, edible and personal care items cannot be returned
