We want you, the customer to be satisfied with your purchase. Please check your items upon delivery. If your item is damaged and you need to place a claim for replacement we need you to do so within 10 days. Please provide us with pictures of the damaged items. NO CLAIMS will be accepted after 10 days.
If you are unhappy with your order and want to return it, we will credit you for the value of the merchandise only, as soon as we get it back in our warehouse. Round trip freight must be at your expense.
We do require that you contact us first, so we can issue a return voucher. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted
Please note that personalized items CANNOT be returned
