We want you, the customer to be satisfied with your purchase. Please check your items upon delivery. If your item is damaged and you need to place a claim for replacement we need you to do so within 10 days. Please provide us with pictures of the damaged items. NO CLAIMS will be accepted after 10 days.
If you are unhappy with your order and want to return it, we will credit you for the value of the merchandise only, as soon as we get it back in our warehouse. Round trip freight must be at your expense.
We do require that you contact us first, so we can issue a return voucher. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted

If you are ordering one item, it will be considered as a sample. Please note that there are no reships for samples that are damaged in transit, ONLY CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED for the value of the sample. Shipping will not be credited
